Returns & Refund Policy

At Webbuyy, we work hard to make sure every order reaches you in perfect condition. We carefully pack, inspect, and ship every item with care. But we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned — maybe you change your mind, receive the wrong item, or something gets damaged during shipping.

This policy explains how returns and refunds work in our store, so you know exactly what to expect. By placing an order with us, you agree to follow these terms.

1. When You Can Return an Item

We accept returns only within 3 days of placing your order. After 3 days, we will not be able to process your return or refund request.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it.

  • The original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Special Rule for Damaged Items

We take shipping safety very seriously. But if your product arrives damaged, here’s what you need to do:

  1. Request a return within 24 hours of delivery — this is mandatory.

  2. Record a clear unboxing video from the moment you start opening the package until the item is fully revealed. This video is required as proof for us to approve your return due to shipping damage.

If you cannot provide the unboxing video or fail to contact us within 24 hours, we unfortunately won’t be able to approve your damage-related return.

3. How Refunds Work

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 days.

The refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the money to reflect in your account.

4. Reasons We Cannot Accept a Return or Refund

To keep things fair and transparent, here are situations where we cannot process a return or refund:

  • The return request was made after the 3-day return window.

  • The product is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.

  • The original packaging or accessories are missing.

  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments, or other personal care products) have been opened or used.

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved, printed, or specially tailored products) cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Clearance, final sale, or items marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

  • No unboxing video was provided for damaged-on-arrival claims.

5. How to Request a Return

If your order meets the above conditions and you’d like to return it:

  1. Contact Us at support@Webbuyy.com with your order number, reason for return, and relevant proof (photos or video).

  2. Wait for Approval — Do not ship anything back without our confirmation.

  3. Ship the Product to the return address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Refund Processing — Once we inspect the returned item and approve it, we’ll issue your refund within 7 days.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

For products damaged during shipping:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide the unboxing video as proof.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund — whichever you prefer.

For defective products (manufacturing fault), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after reviewing your case.

7. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If it’s our mistake (wrong item, defective item, damaged during shipping): We’ll cover the return shipping costs.

  • If it’s your choice (you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, etc.): You’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

8. No Exchanges for Now

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you can return your order (if eligible) and place a new one.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to make sure it stays clear and fair. Any updates will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date at the top.
